I want to surf really badly but...? ?

I want to surf really badly but live nowhere near any half decent beaches. I went to a surf camp during the summer 3 years ago and LOVED IT. The place was hours away though; my parents wont drive me there often especially as my mum hated the holiday because of the rain, although i barely noticed it, i was having such an awesome time :) i am only 14 so i cant exactly go off on my own. None of my friends surf, seeing as we live in the city. I dont even own a board, i rent it when im there, although i have a wetsuit. Since i live in the city, as soon as i got back from Donegal i took up skateboarding, but i dont get the same rush of adrenaline i feel when im surfing the waves. I am going to spain next month, and although our beach is much too packed to surf for a pretty much beginner, i will get to bodyboard (boogieboard), will this be useful? And any advice on how i can get surfing again?
