XCEL or O'Neill wetsuits?

Looking to buy my first wetsuit and properly get into surfing more often. What would everyone recommend, an O'Neill wetsuit or XCEL? I've researched both, but haven't found what i'm looking for. Needs to be a 5mm wetsuit as I live in Scotland, enough said. I have a budget of �150
