Where can you get NEW sailing gear for a good price in the CA Bay Area? 10 POINTS FOR THE BEST ANSWER!!!?

So i'm SUPPOSED to be starting sailing in three weeks, but I can't unless I get my gear, which is EXTREMELY expensive. I don't like buying online, so a store would be best. I need a wetsuit, etc. and all of the ones I have looked at are really expensive. Can someone help please? 10 points for the best answer!!
